On September 14, i21 announced the launch of iClaims21, Hong Kong's first and most comprehensive ASP solution to provide electronic medical claims processing for the insurance and healthcare industry. Speakers at this announcement included Mr. Rickie Fung, CEO of i21 Limited, Mr. Randolph Wein, chairman of HIH Insurance (Asia) Limited, Mr. Richard Ting, CEO of MedWonder and Dr. William Cheung, CEO of Fosson Limited.
As the first corporate customer of iClaims21, Mr. Randolph Wein provided his insight into the importance of linking up the different parties of the insurance claims process and how he believes iClaims21 will improve the efficiency of the medical claims process.
To signify the launch of iClaims21, the four co-hosts together completed a puzzle to represent the completeness of iClaims21. This event attracted more than 70 guests and journalists. |
